This privacy room map explains how Corzelyn handles personal information when you browse corzelyn.com, place or manage an order, contact our Care Desk, subscribe to messages, or otherwise use the store (the “Services”). Shopify supplies the commerce platform and processes information needed to provide it.

The doorway: information you choose to give us

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
• Order record: items viewed or purchased, payment status, discounts, shipping, returns, refunds, and limited payment-related information from payment providers. We do not receive your complete card number.
• Account and preferences: credentials, saved selections, communication choices, and account activity.
• Care Desk conversations: emails, forms, survey answers, reviews, photographs of products or parcels, and other material you send.

The hallway: information produced by use

We and our providers may automatically receive IP address, browser and device details, identifiers, cookie data, pages viewed, searches, referring links, timestamps, interactions, approximate location derived from technical data, and fraud or security signals. The exact information depends on your device, settings, location, and store features used.

The workshop: why information is used

We use information to operate and improve the Services; present products and checkout; process payments, orders, split shipments, returns, and support; manage accounts and preferences; communicate about transactions; personalize store content; send marketing where allowed; analyze performance; detect fraud and protect security; keep business and tax records; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The delivery route: who may receive it

Information may be disclosed to Shopify; payment processors; fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, and delivery providers; customer-service, hosting, analytics, advertising, marketing, fraud-prevention, and technology providers; professional advisers; public authorities when lawfully required; and participants in a financing, reorganization, merger, or sale. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.

Shopify’s platform role

Shopify hosts and supports the store and may process information about store use in multiple countries. Shopify may use information as described in its own terms and notices. Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Cookies, pixels, and similar tools

These technologies can keep checkout and account features working, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising. Consent tools and browser or device controls may let you manage some technologies. Blocking them can reduce store functionality.

Advertising choices; “sale” or “sharing”

We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures through analytics or advertising tools can be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain laws. Where required, use available store privacy controls or contact us to exercise an opt-out right.

Your privacy controls

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or know about information, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of targeted advertising or qualifying sale/sharing, or appeal a privacy decision. Exceptions can apply. We may need to verify your identity and an authorized agent’s authority before acting.

You can stop marketing email through its unsubscribe link. We may still send order, account, security, safety, legal, and service messages. We do not discriminate unlawfully against a person for exercising privacy rights.

Retention: how long records stay

Retention depends on what the information is and why it is needed. We keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for Services, transactions, customer support, tax and business records, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and backup or recovery, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

Security: reasonable safeguards, realistic limits

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email.

International processing

Shopify and other providers may process information outside the country where you live. When required, recognized safeguards are used for transfers. Local rights and protections may vary by jurisdiction.

Children

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information contrary to applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us to raise a concern or request deletion where applicable.

Third-party doors

Links and integrations may lead to services that we do not control. Their terms, privacy practices, and security measures apply to your interaction with them, so review their notices before providing information.

We may update this notice as store practices, technology, or legal requirements change. The latest version and date will be posted here, and other notice will be provided where required.
