Welcome to the room edit. These Terms of Service explain the agreement that applies when you visit corzelyn.com, contact Corzelyn, or place an order through this store. Shopify provides the commerce platform, while purchases from the store are transactions between you and Corzelyn. By using the store, you accept these Terms together with the policies linked below.

1. Before you begin

You must have legal capacity to make the purchase under the laws that apply to you. Provide current and accurate account, billing, delivery, and contact information. Keep any account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, Shopify, or other parties.

2. Read the room—and the product page

Our assortment includes vanities, mirrors, storage furniture, seating, bed frames, folding beds, mattress toppers, lighting, outlets, charging features, glass surfaces, and related components. Review dimensions, materials, color, electrical details, weight or placement guidance, included parts, assembly directions, and care instructions before ordering and use. Images and colors can look different because of lighting, displays, natural material variation, or ordinary manufacturing tolerances.

3. Checkout is a request to purchase

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, a pricing or inventory error, delivery restrictions, misuse of a promotion, or another reasonable operational reason. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount is returned to the original payment method.

4. Price, currency, and payment

The price and currency presented at checkout apply to the order. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or similar amounts appear at checkout when they can be calculated; authorities or carriers may assess other destination charges. Prices may change before an order is submitted. You confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable processors to collect the checkout total.

5. Delivery and after-delivery choices

The Shipping Policy is the delivery map, including processing, split boxes, tracking, large-item handling, and transit concerns. The Return & Refund Policy explains the return-request window, item condition, assembly concerns, hygiene-sensitive goods, and refund review. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Safe setup and use

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings. Use appropriate anchoring or tip-restraint hardware when supplied or required; do not exceed stated loads; keep cords, plugs, lighting, charging ports, and electrical components dry and within their specified ratings; and use suitable assistance for heavy or bulky items. Stop assembly if glass, a mirror, structural parts, wiring, hardware, or packaging appears damaged or incomplete, and contact us before continuing.

7. A fair-use house rule

Do not use the Services to violate law, commit fraud, interfere with security or operation, introduce harmful code, scrape or collect information abusively, impersonate anyone, infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material. Personal, non-commercial shopping use is permitted; copying, reselling, publishing, altering, or commercially exploiting store content requires permission unless applicable law expressly allows it.

8. Reviews and room stories

If you submit a review, image, comment, or suggestion, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and yours to share. You grant Corzelyn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it in connection with the Services. We may moderate submissions that conflict with these Terms, while any rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

9. Other services in the room

Payment providers, carriers, applications, and linked destinations may be operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party systems or content we do not control. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling by the store and notes Shopify’s role.

10. Availability, remedies, and responsibility

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent law permits. We do not promise uninterrupted access or immediate correction of every error. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted, Corzelyn and its service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the Services.

11. If a provision does not fit

An invalid or unenforceable provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without consent; we may transfer ours as part of a legitimate financing, reorganization, merger, or business transfer.

12. Changes and questions
